The Franklin County E-911 system is capable of storing medical  information that may assist first responders should an emergency arise at your home or business. For example, if you have a family member who is an invalid and sleeps in a particular room, this data can be immediately accessed on our system if you dial 911. However in order for the Franklin County E911 system to have this information you must sign a medical information release form. The form can be completed, and mailed or faxed to the 911 office.
